We deliver to all EU countries!
If the size of the goods does not fit you, you may return them within 14 days without giving a reason. Or are you interested in a different size of the goods?
- Complete the 14 days' contract withdrawal form
- Pack the goods in their original packaging and send them together with the printed form to our address*:

Kollára 229, 013 06 Terchová, Slovakia – You may also send them via Packeta's Return Parcel service show more information - After the goods have been delivered, we will refund your purchase fully (including the costs of delivery from us to you – this applies if you are returning all items from the order) to your account in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
- Order the desired goods from our online shop, which we will deliver to you as a standard order.
* the goods must meet the following requirements:
- the goods must be in their original undamaged packaging,
- the goods must be unused,
- the goods must be undamaged,
- the goods must be complete (including accessories, warranty card, user manual, etc.),
- a signed copy of the 14 days' contract withdrawal form must be sent together with the goods,
- please send the goods by recorded delivery (no cash on delivery) and insured, not to the post office but directly to the address, because we are not responsible for their possible loss on their way to us, and you may use Packeta's Return Parcel service
If the requirements are not met, the goods will not be refunded and we will send them back to you.
Please note that the parcel must be packaged so that the original packaging is not damaged (e.g. with adhesive tape, an address label, etc.).
